Butterfly Barrette Hair Clamp French Twist Rhinestone Crystal Vintage BeadRageThis is an older piece - perhaps 20-30 ish - could be older. It has a coppery finish - not made out of copper just hinted that way. It's large measuring 4 5/8 long. There are larger round rhinestone crystals pave set into the butterfly design. There are no dead or missing stone - that being said they don't a brilliant sparkle like a brand new Swarovski crystal. More of an antique look. I could wash it but I'm hesitant to do so. I think I will leave that to the new owner. It also measures 1 3/4 across. It's very 3 dimensional in nature. If you wear your hair in a French twist this will make quite a statement.This is a bigger and heavier piece ( weighs 2 oz ) - if you have that baby fine hair (like me) it is not going to work for you - just saying. faultless for everyday use. first-class materials and excellent craftsmanship ensure long-lasting durability.
