Adjustable from 28-31 (size Says 11/12 but fits as a present-day Small) Cute accent tie in front. Shoulder straps are not adjustable. Elastic in back is still stretchy. Purchased by a family member and never worn. Put away and forgotten for 55 years. Some markings on inside lining from storage. Not just for swimming. Wear with some cute denim shorts for summer.
