It is adjustable and will fit most dogs, I would say the actual hardware is too big and bulky to be plush for very small dogs. ***PLEASE USE WITH CAUTION. Shock/vibration collars can be great training tools when used appropriately. I always test settings on my wrist or ankle to judge if it’s too strong for my dog. Also please check occasionally to make sure the prongs are not hurting, burning or irritating your pups skin!
