1 Plain white silk scarf to dye, paint or color to make something truly unique.
Also known as "China Silk", this lightweight and breezy blank 8mm Habotai scarf is perfect for dyeing and painting, because it is the most economical of all the silks.
Pairs great with our Jacquard Acid Dyes and make the perfect weight scarf for summer.
If you're looking for a really clean even finish, we recommend you pre-wash in hot water and Synthrapol or Professional Textile Detergent, all silk before dyeing or painting to remove any leftover residue from the silk worms (Seracin) or finger prints and other stuff that can cause the fabric to dye unevenly.
The square sizes are unhemmed ready to dye and paint!
Care: Hand wash in cool water and lay flat to dry.
