Vintage Johnson Bros saucers
These are saucers from the Johnson Bros Pareek Acanthus Floral pattern, which was first introduced in the 1920s. These saucers are made of fine china and feature a floral design with a gold trim. The diameter of these saucers is approximately 6.5 inches. Johnson Brothers was a British tableware manufacturer that was known for its semi-porcelain tableware. The company ceased manufacturing products in Britain in 2003, and production was transferred to China. This was part of my mother’s china collection and sometimes it didn’t matter if there was damage, it deserved a little love having survived that long. Her favorite pieces were blue but there are many others to choose from. The rust spots on the backs are from the hangers she used.I’m selling her collection in the hopes that others feel the same way and can find some joy in collecting. Feel free to send me an offer!
