HOT ! Defective Item [New with Tag] BPN Velour x Lace Different Material Balloon Dress [Black]

This is a velour and lace mixed-material balloon dress from the now-defunct brand, BPN (Black Peace Now).

As the length is short, it's recommended to wear a separate skirt or use it as a tunic. Also, since the bust area has an all-around elastic, it can also be worn as a skirt, adjusting to your waist.

Although it's new and unused, I'm selling it because my style has changed.

※ The shoulder straps are adjustable and removable.
※ The ribbon is sewn on and cannot be removed.

① The elastic in the bust area had stretched during storage, so I had a clothing repair shop reinforce it with an extra piece of elastic (see photos 5 and 6). I had a professional do it, so it shouldn't look out of place from the outside, but please understand this before purchasing.
② Looking at the paper product tag, it seems there was a matching skirt (see photo 9), but I don't have it. Please be aware that this listing is only for the dress in the photos.
